Sonita Sarker

Bio

Sonita Sarker has authored many essays on modernism.  Her monograph, Women Writing Race, Nation, and History: N/native (Oxford University Press) was published recently.  She is currently writing a monograph on Whiteness in post/modernist literature as well as editing a volume on the subject.  She is Professor in the WGSS and English Departments at Macalester College which is on the lands of the Sisseton and Wahpeton Dakota peoples, in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.
