Bio

Elizabeth Alsop is Assistant Professor in Communication and Media at the City University of New York School of Professional Studies, and a faculty member in the Film and Media Cultures Program at the CUNY Graduate Center. She is the author of Making Conversation in Modernist Fiction (Ohio State University Press, 2019) and a forthcoming book on the films of Elaine May (University of Illinois Press, 2025).
