Bio

Andrew Houwen is an associate professor at Tokyo Woman's Christian University. His article on Ezra Pound's translation of the Noh play Takasago was awarded the Ezra Pound Society Article Prize in 2014 and his first academic monograph, Ezra Pound's Japan, was published with Bloomsbury in 2021.
